The people have spoken.

Call an election.

What are you 12 years old? The polls do not favour an election now. The vote of the Harper-Duceppe alliance is not "the people". The confidence motion will happen when the budget is voted on. By the way, why does HArper want an election now when conservative numbers are falling all over the country. Harper will be handing in his resignation in July if an election is held now.

Clearly you are a Liberal. Only a Liberal would suggest that polls and not principle dictates when Harper should bring down the government. It is the oposition's job to hold the government to account. The members of parliament are the voices of the people and if you lose the confidence of the house, you can't continue to govern. Even frickin Nixon resigned. PM isn't even a Nixon.

The first poster ("What are you 12 years old?") is exactly why the Country is in the mess it is. Deplorably uninformed and unprincipled.

The government is illegitimate as the were elected through fraudulent means. The Lieberals have disenfranchised millions of voters of every political stripe. More than just stealing from the taxpayers, they used the stolen money to rig elections.

The budget? The Prime Minister Layton Finance Minister Hargrove Budget under the Liberal brand so it can cling to power? Oh yeah! Martin: let's campaign on fiscal responsibility! It's not a budget, the budget is a prop for an illegal government.

Polls...Schmolls. We all know how they are tweaked to reflect whatever we want. It is so pathetic to see an old man so desperately wanting to hang onto power. It is obvious THE EMPEROR HAS NO CLOTHES!!!! However, many of the Canadian Populace have not come to grips with this yet. Mr. Martin, call an election and be thrown onto the scrap heap of history, where you and your crooked party belong!!!!

Redriberals of such lofty praise for a crooked government. Have a look at this link:http://www.rightpoint.org/liberal.html

Is this what you stand for?

Shame Shame

Hey, MK.....looks kike the anonymous Librano poster is probably Brison....he has to post his dreary mantra like talking points here because no one in the house, media or public is buying it any longer.

If you were to belive this concocted Lieberal pap about "what Canadians want" we would never have an other election because Libranos always confuse their personal interests with those of the nation....that's waht Adscam proved and the apologist camp followers just reinforce the fact. ;-)

"If a nation violates all accepted standards of responsible behaviour, the question is: do we, the international community, have a responsibility to protect – in this case, to protect a country’s people from their own government?"

--quote from Paul Martin on his visit to Washington, D.C., 29 April 2004

Since the Liberal Party government has violated all accepted standards of responsible behaviour, should the people of Canada now require protection?

Ha ha this is like a Con circle jerk! You guys should go to an election while you are being pummelled in the polls. That is really smart. I was wrong you were right.
